Whether your order is being delivered within the UK or shipped overseas, we work with experienced and trusted courier and specialist furniture delivery partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely and in excellent condition.


UK Delivery

We deliver throughout mainland UK using carefully selected delivery partners who are experienced in transporting high-quality furniture.  Our team will be happy to provide a tailored delivery quotation before your order is confirmed.

Once your furniture has been completed and passed our quality checks, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Where possible, our delivery partners will also contact you prior to delivery to confirm arrival times.


International Delivery

Clock House Furniture regularly ships to interior designers and trade customers around the world.

We work with trusted international freight and courier companies to ensure every order is securely packed and transported with care. We can arrange delivery to most international destinations.

Our team will be happy to provide a tailored delivery quotation before your order is confirmed.

Please note that international customers will be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable in their destination country.


Delivery Times

As all of our furniture is handmade to order, delivery times vary depending on the item and the complexity of your commission.  The lead time is normally 8-10 weeks, depending on the item ordered, size of order & time of year.

An estimated lead time will be provided when your order is placed.  Once your furniture is ready, we'll arrange delivery at a mutually convenient time.


Access & Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture ordered can be safely delivered to its intended location within the property.

Before placing an order, please check that all access routes—including doorways, hallways, staircases, landings, lifts and any other restricted areas—are sufficiently large to accommodate the furniture.

Product dimensions are available on the website or upon request. If you are unsure whether an item will fit, we recommend carefully measuring all access points before confirming your purchase.

Clockhouse Furniture cannot accept responsibility for items that cannot be delivered due to insufficient access. Any costs incurred as a result of failed delivery, re-delivery, storage, return transport or subsequent alterations may be chargeable.

Where delivery is not possible because of access restrictions, we will work with you wherever possible to find a practical solution, but this may involve additional costs.
