Shipping & Delivery
All prices are quoted ex delivery.  Within the UK the majority of deliveries are with a standard carrier.  For larger and more fragile items we use a furniture removal company.   For standard deliveries we can specify a day, but not a time for delivery.   AM or Saturday deliveries can be made at extra cost.  
It is vital that all deliveries are checked before they are signed for.   We are extremely careful with our packing, but sometimes items get dropped or mishandled, and if there is any obvious damage to the packaging, the goods must be signed for as 'received damaged'.  
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and a photograph of the damage e-mailed to Clock House Furniture before return / replacement can be considered.

At Clock House Furniture Ltd, we take privacy and confidentiality extermely seriously and we safeguard the personal information of our website users and clients in accordance with our privacy policy policy and this means that Personal Date about individuals,but does not include corporate or business contact 
information.Any capitalizes terms not defines in the Policy are defined in the Website Terms of Use.
Returns & Replacements
As a made-to-order company we do not generally accept any goods for return.   If a return is agreed, we reserve the right to levy an administration fee of 20%.  If goods are found to be defective, Clock House Furniture will do everything possible to put things right.
Ordering
All orders must be placed in writing with Clock House Furniture.   An Order Confirmation / Pro Forma invoice will be issued.  Please check all details carefully to check everything is correct.
Updating Account Information
Please keep Clock House Furniture updated with any change of address or contact details.
